Dry the lychees to retain moisturePeel and core. -

Rinse the sealed jar and scald it with boiling water. You can also steam it. Be sure to dry the jar. -

Put the pulp in until it is about 60 to 70% full. -

Put a little rock sugar on top. Lychee itself has sugar, so just put a little bit on it. -

Pour in the liquor at about 40 degrees Celsius, don’t fill it too full, leave some space. -
