Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes. Because I steamed it in an electric pressure cooker, I cut it into large chunks. If you use a regular pot, cut it into smaller pieces. -
2
Put it in a pot and steam it over water. I also put two eggs in the water to give to the children. I was going to eat pumpkin pancakes because yesterday they were fried pancakes with peanut brown sugar filling. I was afraid that they would get angry after eating them, so I didn’t give them to them. Lian Kan I didn't even see it. Yesterday, my boss ate one. Last night, she said she wanted to eat it this morning. I didn't comment. -
3
Make an appointment and the pumpkin will be ripe in the morning. -
4
Pumpkin is ripe. -
5
Prepare mango pulp. -
6
Put pumpkin and mango into blender. Note that mine is an ordinary blender without a heating function, so the pumpkin cannot be put in until it is cold. You can also use a wall-breaking machine. I put the wall-breaking machine in my new home. This is the only one in my dormitory! -
7
Two boxes of pure milk. -
8
Pour the milk in. -
9
Start it and hit it properly. It’s quick, less than half a minute. -
10
It’s okay to reserve a portion of the mango pulp before pouring it out. The beaten paste is really a paste. When poured into a bowl, it cannot flow into a flat surface.
Tips
I think pumpkin and mango are both sweet, so there is no need to add sugar. If you think it's not sweet enough, you can add some sugar or honey and beat it together!
